The primary role of our Intercessors is to communicate with God on behalf of others. The Gatekeeper assumes the role of “watchman on the wall”, hoping and praying for revival, prepared and continually reminding others to be ready.

Hospitality and Decorations
The mission of our hospitality ministry is to provide a welcoming environment of love, acceptance, comfort, support, care, and unity for visitors, members, guests, and friends in order to enhance their worship experience, encourage fellowship, and help build a community of believers.

Ushering and Security
Our ushers have a goal of minimizing distractions during the music and sermon. They stand ready to assist anyone in the congregation who might need help, to aid latecomers in finding a seat, and to inform those in the sanctuary of any urgent matters. GURC ushers are well-versed in emergency procedures.
Media Department
Our media team serves to set the tone during worship, keep people engaged during the sermon, and keep people informed during the service opening and closing.
